IP67 In-line RJ45 waterproof cable joiner. This allows you to join two RJ45 cable plugs together. In the center is a F/F coupler, the outer glands screw onto that providing a waterproof seal.

The cable gland is large enough for a pre-terminated RJ45 to fit through, so no need to terminate on-site. This is a complete retro-fit solution, no tools required.
